What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us.

• Project consultation form (Contact page): your name, phone number, email address, project location, the project details you enter (such as project type, approximate size, budget range, timing, permit status, your relationship to the property and how you heard about us) and any photos you choose to upload.
• Website chat: your name and phone number if you provide them, and the messages you type in the chat.
• Technical information: when you submit the form or use the chat, the site records your IP address, basic browser information and the page you were on. This is used to protect the site against spam and abuse.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to you about your project - for example, to call or email you, review your photos and discuss next steps. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who sees it

• Form and chat submissions are saved in MH Carpentry's lead database on its website hosting account, where they can only be viewed through a password-protected admin area by MH Carpentry and Techspire.ai, the company that builds and manages this website.
• An email notification with your details is sent to MH Carpentry. Uploaded photos are not attached to that email; they stay on the web host and are viewable only through the admin area.
• A copy of your contact and project details may also be added to a Google Sheet used by MH Carpentry to keep track of inquiries. Your IP address, browser information, chat messages and photos are not sent to that sheet.

Fonts

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Website statistics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it - for example, which pages are viewed and how people found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. MH Carpentry uses these statistics only in summary form to improve the website. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
